Barr Display understands that minimizing freight costs is important to our customers. Our Charleston warehouse stocks select merchandise that is expensive to ship or in high demand. While not all items from our catalog are available at this location, customers can take advantage of our pre-order service to receive additional products at no extra shipping cost.

Important: Appointments are required for all pick-ups. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment and confirm product availability.

A Few Things to Remember:

• Orders for stock items must be placed at least 24 hours in advance by calling 800-222-2702.
• Any order changes must be made through our sales team before pick-up.
• Slatwall sheets weigh 85-100 lbs each (4' x 8'). Bring a suitable vehicle.
• Customers are responsible for securing their load. Please bring straps or rope.
• Orders under $100 are subject to a $10 warehouse handling fee.
• If an item is not stocked, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive.
• Once orders arrive, our team will work with you to schedule your pick up. 
• 24 Hour notice applies for ALL pick up requests.
• Orders must be picked up within 10 business days of arrival, or storage fees may apply.
• Once transferred, orders cannot be canceled. Returns must be processed through our Orlando facility.
